ASTROLOGY FOR THE WEEK OF MAR 29-APR 4.

MON MAR 29.

This morning begins with the Moon in Libra, trine Mars in Gemini and Jupiter in Aquarius, and square Pluto in Capricorn, which can see the early morning hours motivated towards the future with a desire to transform situations, and set things on to a new and more promising path, interpersonally, socially and otherwise. For some this can see a desire to wipe the slate clean and begin a whole new epoch with more promising potential. A lunar sextile to Juno can see a pull towards relationships that encourage growth, optimism, learning and freedom. With both the Sun and Venus in Aries sextile Saturn, with Mars in Gemini trine Saturn, there’s an emphasis on fresh starts with longterm implications. Mars trine Saturn can see us busy laying down new longterm foundations. With the Moon having just been Full in partnership oriented Libra, and now squaring up to Pluto, there’s a deep element of transformation to this, and in some ways, waving goodbye to a particular era.  For some there can be a certain driven intensity to this, and relationships (business and/or personal) can evoke a certain amount of preoccupation or deep thought, as we transform the landscapes of our lives and contemplate our next moves into the future, and who belongs there with us, and how.  Mercury now perfects it’s conjunction to Neptune which can see an inspired and dreamy atmosphere, a lot of dreaming and fantasizing, excellent aspect for creative flow, imagination, and vision. This can also see us rather sensitive and impressionable, as well as highly idealistic, and we can be seduced by beauty, color, sound, and anything inspiring. In many ways there is still much we are thinking and dreaming about, and Mercury will join the action oriented “fresh start brigade” in Aries on Saturday evening, which can see certain communications initiated that perhaps have been contemplated for some time. Late this evening, at 10:33 PM PST, the Moon enters reflective and sensitive Scorpio, which can see us go within to contemplate more radical changes and taking some risks. The Mercury/Neptune conjunction adds an element of fantasy, creativity, and a touch of the fantastical to this, and the Scorpio lunation can see us challenged to bring certain high ideals down to reality.

TUES MAR 30.

Today see’s the Moon in intense Scorpio squaring up to Saturn in Aquarius while opposing radical Uranus. There can be certain changes or moves we’re contemplating here that might have an element of risk or unconventionality to them. With the Sun, Venus and Mars also aspecting Saturn this may be something that has been a long time coming or something we’ve thought about for a while. This could involve partnerships, money, creative projects, aesthetics, or any number of Venus ruled endeavors, but whatever it is, it’s something that is in alignment with our own empowerment, autonomy, and independence. Anything or anyone that doesn’t support a sense of enlightened self interest is being tested, and whatever or whoever doesn’t bolster self empowerment will have it’s durability and feasibility questioned as a new era continues to gather steam. Today can see an unpredictable atmosphere, and perhaps a bit of rebelliousness in the air. There may be a need to release certain inhibitions around certain moves or risks we may be contemplating, and a late night lunar trine to Neptune can be of assistance here in regards to visualizing desired results. With Mercury spending it’s final week in Pisces, there is an element of wrapping up loose ends to this mathscape, as we step more fully into a fresh, liberating, personally empowering,- and even deeply healing era. One that has been a long time coming. The Mercury Neptune conjunction suggests that there’s no rush, and taking our time and stepping in gently can help ensure more stability in the future. You can’t rush perfection. This aspect also highlights the beauty of “the process” of whatever fresh starts, endeavors, or interactions are getting off the ground now.  In either case, the lunar square to Saturn indicates a sort of clearing the way, in order to make way for new foundations that can feel really promising. Although the Aries placements can be impatient to get things going, Saturn knows the value of patience and making sure things are done properly and not gone about sloppily or hastily. This way, the potential and promise contained within the fresh starts offered by the Sun, Venus and Chiron in Aries aren’t wasted, squandered or sabotaged by overeagerness, impetuosity, or a hurried enthusiasm. Look to the house in your chart that Aries rules to see where it is that you’re clearing the way and restructuring in order for this new start to flourish and take root. This is truly harkening in an incredibly healing time for everyone.

WED MAR 31.

Today see’s the Moon in deep and reflective Scorpio trine Mercury and Neptune in Pisces, while squaring Jupiter in Aquarius, and going on to form a sextile to Pluto. Idealism can be high, and we can be very sensitive to signs, signals, synchronicities, and our intuition can be lit up. We can be operating on instinct and hunches here, and something we hear, see, read, or communication we receive can really make an impact. Conversations can go into interesting waters, as inhibitions can be lower than normal. It’s possible that topics or territory long thought about can finally be broached. In either case there’s something significant and impactful, perhaps even kind of magical, about today’s mathscape. Mars now links up to Jupiter, having been synced up to Saturn for quite some time now, and it’s possible that something we’ve been planning or working towards for quite a while now can begin to show signs of promise, or in the very least our optimism and enthusiasm around it is beginning to grow. Perhaps something we thought “could never happen” begins to show signs of actually, really happening. This can also see our drive to actualize our goals and ideals really increase. Mars in Gemini squaring Neptune can see some confusion however, and at times it can make us wonder if our aims, ideals, and goals are realistic or simply a pipe dream. Collectively, this aspect can also predispose people to being bamboozled, tricked, or manipulated, so take care not to fall prey to silver tonged (and very pushy) car salesman or clever marketing psychology. In other words, -keep your 3rd eye wide open. Today can see a lot of communication, inspiration, creativity and receptivity. If there’s something you really want to see happen, don’t underestimate your power or agency. The potential within something can be more apparent, and this can be yet another day where synchronicity or glimpses of divinity or the sense of something “higher” at work within our lives can be difficult to ignore. This can also be a potent day creatively. Regardless, there is a focus on impactful cognitive/emotional/psychological or spiritual experiences, news, or communications, even under the more reflective and private nature of the Scorpio lunation. Late night (10:59 PM PST), the Moon enters more outgoing and adventurous Sagittarius, which can see the evening end on an optimistic and enthusiastic note. It’s possible something has really put the wind in our sails.

THUR APR 1.

Today see’s the Moon in happy go lucky Sagittarius trine the Sun, Venus, and Chiron in Aries, while sextile Saturn in Aquarius and opposite Mars in Gemini. Today can be brimming with enthusiasm and a sense of adventure and expansiveness. There can be a highlight here on relationships to others that enhance our personal growth and encourage us to be our best, most free and authentic selves. This is an inspiring looking mathscape, with a sense of entering new and pioneering territory interpersonally, creatively, financially, or otherwise, with a lot of opportunity for growth. A very healing time that can feel revitalizing as sunshine. These configurations really bring out the “spring” in well… spring. With the Moon and Sun both sextile Saturn as well, there’s a feeling of stability here as well, and it can be reassuring to know that something or someone is reliable, enduring, steady, while also encouraging our freedom to grow, explore and expand. A platform from which to springboard off of. Something about these configurations is very inspiring, encouraging, expansive and even healing. Relationships working their way into our lives now, or those that are already pre-existing, can be very supportive of our individuality, independence, growth, expansion, and freedom, while also functioning as a dependable port of inspiration, mutual support, love, passion, enthusiasm, warmth, and encouragement. The Moon/Mars opposition can see an abundance of energy, and in some regards, we can be on entirely different pages as certain others, but the other aspects suggest these different pages can actually be very complimentary to one another, -even a source of learning, curiosity, or fascination. In either case, the day looks over all enjoyable and inspiring. Like a breath of fresh air or new life.

THE WEEKEND.

FRI APR 2.

Today begins with the Moon in Sagittarius squaring Mercury and Neptune in Pisces, trine Venus in Aries, while opposing Mars in talkative Gemini and sextile Jupiter in unconventional Aquarius. There may be a lot of ideals around certain interactions, and to a certain extent, some things or people can feel a bit out of reach or there could be some longing present or a feeling that something is missing, but some things are only a matter of time. There can be a focus on communications today, but things can seem muddled or confusing, or a bit drunk at the wheel. Perhaps there’s vague worries about unknowns. Mars trine to Jupiter can see a lot of optimism about the future, but it’s square to Neptune can also indicate that we can be challenged by a fear of unknowns, or challenged to release certain illusions or delusions about something or someone, or simply challenged to release whatever has been holding us back or weakening us, preventing us from diving into something more fully or getting off of a fence of some kind. With Mars square Neptune, there is a wariness, weakness, or indecision. At it’s lowest octave, it is an aspect linked to con artists, trickery, sleight of hand, and manipulation, and with Mars also making trine to Jupiter in Aquarius (the collective), the potentiality here for such things to be occurring on quite a large scale simply cannot be discounted, and bullshit and fuckery have clearly been exceedingly rampant in painfully obvious ways. Interpersonally of course this worst case scenario exists, but it also contains the more innocent manifestations of indecisiveness, unknowns, fears, wistfulness, insecurity, general weariness, fantasy, or a sort of Peter Pan syndrome that doesn’t want to be pinned down to anything due to underconfidence in the outcome. In either case, the Moon enters keep it real Capricorn tomorrow, along with Mercury’s ingress into assertive, no bullshit Aries, and this can see a sort of breaking away process from any weakening or demoralizing influences that may have been preventing a more thorough and decisive immersion into the promising fresh start offered up by the Aries transits. Whatever the case, we can be more determined to take things into our own hands, strengthen weak spots, and be less willing to settle for mere fantasy or "what if's". We can be more inclined to take a more proactive approach in the coming days to tackle what's been holding us back or weakening our resolve.

SAT APR 3.

Today see’s the Moon in earthy and grounded Capricorn trine liberating Uranus and square Chiron. The lunar square to Chiron could see a bit of vulnerability felt around making a more decisive break towards a new start or fresh era, but the lunar trine to Uranus is rather unsentimental and very independent, it’s a sort of “Gotta do what I gotta do” kind of vibe, in the name of ’Tegrity (TM), authenticity, -and self preservation and personal empowerment. The Moon goes on to square the Sun in Aries as well, suggesting that any restrictive, weakening, or inhibiting influences must be shaken off, and there’s work to be done in order to push something into it’s next phases, -and kick a new, more empowering era off in earnest. No more dithering, half assing, or merely just dreaming about it. Evening see’s the Moon square Venus in Aries and this could see some action in regards to partnerships, relationships, finances, beauty, or creative projects. It’s a very “put your money where your mouth is” kind of Saturday. The lunar square to Chiron suggests there’s some weaknesses, vulnerabilities or insecurities to address, and these aspects could see a sort of strengthening exercise where perhaps a decided effort towards increasing confidence and courage is made before we enter more decisively into new territory, confrontations, or conversations. Something about these configurations looks very preparatory. Mercury enters pioneering Aries at 8:41 PM PST. It’s very first aspect is not to a planet, but to the asteroid Hygeia, currently in Leo. This is the asteroid of healing. This singular nuance doubles down on the fact that the phase everyone is entering in their lives right now is one of healing-particularly in regards to self confidence, self esteem, and courage. Tomorrow, Mercury will join the Sun in it’s conjunction to Chiron, kicking off a phase that can give us more courage in regards to communications, and open the potential for healing discussions, some of which we’ve wanted to embark on for a long time.

SUN APR 4.

Today see’s the Moon in serious Capricorn conjunct Pluto, sextile Neptune, and square Venus in Aries. The Sun and Venus sextile to Mars in Gemini place emphasis on actions we’ve been wanting to take interpersonally or in regards to communications, commerce, or things going on in the local environment. Moon/Pluto in Cap is determined to make something real, and squaring up to the Sun and Venus in Aries, there’s a determination here to take action around something or to make something happen. The lunar sextile to Neptune can loosen inhibitions and lower walls, but also help in regards to releasing any expectations, which Pluto can find difficult to do, as it can be so heavily fixated and “do or die”. With Mercury now in more assertive Aries and linking up to Chiron, there’s an emphasis on building up courage around reaching out, talking, broaching topics, or being more communicative in general, and less inhibited about saying what’s been on the mind. This can see a more forthright period commence in regards to communications, as there’s been a lot of time to think and fantasize about certain conversations, discussions, endeavors, or interactions with Mercury’s journey through Pisces. The Sun and Venus linking up with Mars have all known what they’ve wanted for a while now. It's just been a matter of confidence as well as eliminating any lingering weakening influences. Mercury joining in to the Aries gang can now get certain discussions off the ground and begin facilitating some action via building bridges between worlds by bouncing ideas back and forth in a sort of “lets make a deal” type of way.  The Sun holding hands with Venus and Mars has new beginnings interpersonally written all over it. Tomorrow can see some exciting, perhaps unexpected conversations or news that can crack open some kind of pandoras box and take things in a new or unexpected direction that can be really exciting, refreshing, and beneficial. Just peeping at next Tuesday I can hear the song “Everybody Loves The Sunshine” by Roy Ayers in my head. It can be a very refreshing and liberating period commencing. Although, next week see's the Mars/Neptune square perfect, and this can see the culmination of some deceptive, undermining, or weakening influences, so keep your feet on the ground and be circumspect about who you trust or place upon pedestals, as it can be easy to be mislead, decieved, or disappointed. Better to keep expectations realistic and not let hopes, fantasies or rose colored glasses get the better of you. People are only human, and humans have foibles and flaws, -but there are some that are downright manipulative.

ASTROLOGY FOR THE WEEK OF MAR 22-28 2021

MON MAR 22.

Today see’s the Moon in Cancer trine Mercury and Neptune, and squaring Chiron in Aries for the first part of this morning. Any lingering butthurt or vulnerability fades as the day progresses, and the feeling of fresh starts and new beginnings can have us feeling highly idealistic. We can be sensitive and impressionable in regards to communications, and our antenna can be picking up all sorts of impressions from the world around us, as this is a highly receptive energy. There’s a lot of compassion and understanding to go around. The Moon opposes Pluto as the day wears on, and this can see something felt or perceived really make impact, and there are some major transformations and shifts taking place. With the Sun and Venus conjunct in Aries now, there are some new beginnings interpersonally, commercially, or financially taking place, and it’s a fresh new chapter unfolding. This week can see a sort of transitioning and settling in process, and we end the week with a Full Moon in Libra, heralding an end of one chapter and the beginning of a new one, particularly in relation to partnerships and alliances. Some may be graduating to entirely new levels within a relationship, a phase representing a new mutual milestone. To those of you getting hitched or engaged or reaching some other “next level” phase, congratulations. Others may be taking more independence or autonomy, walking away entirely, or dipping their toes into new waters with new folks. Regardless, an old phase is dissolving. For others this can involve new phases in business partnerships or commercial enterprises. With Mars in Gemini trine Saturn, it’s a busy and transitional time and there’s a lot of plates to spin, but it’s leading to more stability or getting something more firmly established for the future.  This evening can be comfort seeking and reflective, as there may be a lot of intense changes to digest. This is a highly idealistic, sensitive, artistic, and deeply intuitive atmosphere, and it can be easy to Vulcan mind meld or pick up on the thoughts and feelings of others. The freshness and enthusiasm of the Sun and Venus in Aries will really begin to be felt when the Moon enters Leo tomorrow afternoon PST.

TUES MAR 23.

Today begins with the Moon in the late degrees of Cancer, seeing the first half of the day focused on establishing a new comfort zone or safe space, and getting hunkered down and settled in for an exciting new phase after a process of transformation, change, and for some, a cathartic release. Minor lunar aspects to Mercury and Mars can see a lot of busyness and activity surrounding getting more comfortable with or around something. Some people may even literally be settling into a new space or in some sort of transition. Such transitions don’t necessarily have to be physical, they can be mental, emotional, financial,-or even in regards to the internet or technology. The Moon enters charismatic Leo at 2:56 PM PST, to trine the Sun, Venus, and Chiron in Aries, while going on to oppose Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn and square Uranus in Taurus. This can see the beginning stages of a very healing, liberating, and empowering process. Relationships to others are very highlighted now, and those that most facilitate our autonomy, independence, and personal empowerment will grow in value and importance during this Venus cycle. But in the simplest of terms, this is a time of fresh beginnings, courage, and most importantly,- a time of healing. For some, this can see a breaking away from oppressive and stagnating forces that inhibited growth, pleasure, joy, and all the things that make life worth living. These configurations can be somewhat invigorating, even if it accompanies some challenges or an uphill climb of some kind. There is renewal and healing in the air (and the smell of blossoms!) Spring has most definitely sprung, and the Sun and Venus in Aries has the Goddess Aphrodites in a fiercely independent frame and beaming with vitality and passionate healing life-force. If the tail end of Pisces season had you feeling somewhat down, it’s possible to feel a sense of things springing back to life again, even if there are still some challenges to navigate. Today can contain the excitement of new and pioneering paths, and there can be surprises, perhaps a bit of an unstable energy, but very easy to find things to be enthusiastic about. With Venus conjunct Chiron now, the Universe conspires to put us in touch with people who have the energy medicine our soul needs to advance itself, heal, trigger untapped potentials, and strike inner gold. Beautiful. A new journey unfolds and it’s fresh and revitalizing. Signs of new and positive growth begin to appear.

WED MAR 24.

This morning begins with the lingering presence of the Moon in Leo syncing up to the Sun, Venus, and Chiron, an energetic impression of healing, renewal, passion, and vital life force. Today see’s the Leo Moon also form a sextile to Mars in Gemini, while opposing Saturn and trine Uranus. This signifies the residual effects of a breaking away from oppressive or demoralizing influences, or taking a path that requires we individuate ourselves and embrace more independence and authenticity. In some ways, the lunar/Saturn opposition can create a feeling of loneliness or even of feeling abandoned or isolated on our path, but this strengthens self love, self esteem, and our sense of identity in the long term. There is a feeling of self assurance and motivation with the lunar sextile to Mars, and this can see a push ahead take place today, with an action oriented and ambitious, enthusiastic, and motivated energy. A healing and compassionate streak can also be present with the lunar/ Chiron contact, and a sense that we are headed into a better time. There can be a deep inner knowing that even if there’s hardship or struggle, -or even some loneliness, that we’re on the right path and just have to keep on trudging forward, onward and upward. Later, a lunar opposition to Jupiter can add to excitement and optimism, and there may be a sort of extravagance and self indulgence here, as if there is something to celebrate, and perhaps there is! Regardless, it’s still wise to seek some moderation, but this shouldn’t be difficult as Saturn keeps us in check, realistic, and focused on goals-(at least, today it does…tomorrow may just be a good excuse to party). Even if there are positive signs of progress and advancement, there’s also a feeling that we can’t rest on our laurels about it and we still need to “keep that same energy.” The Moon forms a trine to Juno in Sagittarius and this can see supportive relationships that benefit our personal growth come into focus. The Leo lunation can see warmth and enthusiasm amidst a whole lot of change, and many can be entering phases of life that are completely new to them, but it seems the Universe has a peculiar way of bringing us into contact with guides who have the wisdom or medicine we need to navigate these new, and perhaps foreign experiences or phases.

THURS MAR 25.

Today see’s the Moon void of course in Leo, suggesting a pause or perhaps just a period of just taking it all in. The one aspect the Leo Moon holds for the first portion of today is the opposition to Jupiter, which suggests a sort of celebratory atmosphere, and a sense of excitement and optimism about the future. This can see today focused on simply having a good time, indulging in some well deserved fun or play, or simply idealizing about the future from the vantage point of the progress made thus far. Yesterday may have seen a motivated push forward, and for the most part of today, perhaps we sit back and take some of it in, while enjoying some well deserved entertainments, fun, or imbibements.  The Moon enters perfectionistic Virgo at 8:25 PM PST, going on to trine Uranus, and this can see the weekend get off to an anxious, anticipatory start, with a whole lot of changes or perhaps some cram sessions happening, and a feeling that “anything can happen.” Maybe some last minute problem solving or improvisation around challenges. There may be some surprises or the unexpected to contend with this weekend, maybe some hiccups, or extra work, so keep an eye on pets, don’t lose your keys, and do what you can to ground your energy or sooth your nerves, as this weekend see’s the Full Moon, of which the build up to can feel intense, with a lot of nervous energy, and perhaps a bit of (probably unnecessary) worry warting. As for the rest of this evening, we could be in analytical and experimental frame, or perhaps focused on tweaking our approach to something, ironing out imperfections, organizing, minimizing, simplifying, purifying, and tying up loose ends. A feverish spring clean, a sageing the fuck out of your life? A new appliance or new tech to adapt to? A new approach to health, work or diet? A more streamlined use of time or an adaptation process to a new schedule, lifestyle, or environment? Who knows?…. It’s Sunday the 21st of March as I write this, so hello from the past as I write about the future! NEATO! *Waves.*

THE WEEKEND.

FRI MAR 26.

Today can be pretty busy, perhaps a lot going on, (or a lot trying to go on anyway) with the Moon in opposition to Mercury in sleepy Pisces, while trine Uranus and square Mars in multitasking Gemini, burnout or a high-strung sort of impatience on top of weariness from all of the changes is but one possibility. A lunar opposition to Neptune later on adds to the looniness of it all, and there can be a little bit of worry or anxiety over a full schedule and a lot of unknowns. As they say, worry is wasteful. But what appears to be happening in this math to with the Moon and Mercury both squaring up to Mars while the Moon also opposes Mercury in Neptune is that maybe we’re pushing ourselves to take on even more when our plate is already plenty full. Like “I MUST BE PRODUCTIVE 100 PERCENT OF THE TIME EVEN WHILE I’M ASLEEP.” Or perhaps we’re being asked to consider taking on more by others when we’re barely managing and still adapting to the plates we’re already spinning, and in reality maybe we need more time. Maybe we need a nap. Maybe we need a rest. Maybe we need a soak in the tub. Idk. (Again, I’m writing this from the past.)  In either case, there could be some unexpected communications or drop ins, or some unexpected news or happenings, that although may be exciting on the one hand, the possibility for nervous overwhelm, tension, or exhaustion is also a possibility. There may be vague worries to keep at bay, or anxiety over whether we can keep up with it all, and keep the plates spinning, while perhaps also meeting unexpected demands on our time, energy and attention. Conversely, as mentioned above, there is the alternative possibility for some, where perhaps we are pushing ourselves to take on and do and engage with more, when we really need to be checking in with ourselves, with the body, mind, and soul, in order to gauge what our true needs of the moment really are. So under the Virgo lunation build up to the Full Moon, do yourself a favor and check in with the body before you overcommit yourself to more to-ing and fro-ing, more driving, more peopling, more busy work. Given these configurations, a certain level of nervous excitement, indecision, and squirreliness looks unavoidable, but it’s possible to channel this into something constructive and neutral, like cleaning or getting more organized. Anything that can help avoid unnecessarily amplifying tensions or allowing anxiety or worry to exacerbate a full moon atmosphere.

SAT MAR 27.

Today see’s the Moon in Virgo go on to trine Pluto while still opposing Neptune and making minor tense aspects to Saturn and Uranus, and a square to Juno. There can be a slight feeling of being a bit drained, and maybe a bit under pressure, but over all, signs of healthy transformations and a feeling of heading into new and empowering territory. In spite of somewhat draining influences, we can rise to the challenges before us, and there can be a feeling that the things unfolding are ultimately good for us anyhow. There may be a need to negotiate our timetables, schedules, and energy levels with others. Ask for what you need. Rest. Seek solace. Replenish the body and the spirit if you can. The Moon enters Libra at 10:22 PM PST, placing the emphasis on relationships with others. Big changes and shifts are happening here, and there can be some vulnerability felt as the Moon opposes Chiron. It’s highly likely that many people are simply just totally fucking drained from navigating so many changes over the last few weeks, and that includes the usual “sturdy” folk that people tend to lean on in a crisis or a time of need. So there can be a need to skillfully communicate if you’re one of those people that folks tend to lean on when they’re down and out, -but you happen to be totally tapped, sapped, and in need of a dirt nap. The Full Moon will bring up the dichotomy between self and other, being on the Libra/Aries axis, so everyone will need to act in their own best interests. Don’t be guilted into ignoring your own needs or boundaries if you really need to be tending to yourself and minding yours. It’s a matter of striking a balance between self and other, and with the Sun and Venus in Aries, it’s okay and even *healing* to act in your own best interests and desires. So tune into that. (You’ll be glad you did).

SUN MARCH 28.

The Full Moon in Libra occurs today at 11:48 AM PST.

This Full Moon opposes the Sun, Venus, and Chiron in Aries, and trines Mars in Gemini and Saturn in Aquarius. There may be a slight conflict between our own needs and those of others to negotiate here, and there is a trend towards more independence and self interest. Other peoples wants/needs/desires may be somewhat out of sync with our goals and trajectories and this may take some diplomacy skills. For some, this is a mere issue of timing and circumstance, and a little breathing space can work wonders. For others, this can be more complex, such as an actual conflict of interests, values, or longterm objectives, and is actually resulting in a more permanent parting of ways, or in the very least, a totally transformed dynamic.  Needless to say, the lunar opposition to both Venus and Chiron can create some vulnerability, as many are being called at this time to place their own healing and their own interests above the interests of the “We”. Naturally, this can bring up some tensions and complexities. But people have much more to offer to others when they allow themselves to become whole inside, so tending to, growing, nurturing, satisfying, and cultivating the “me” ultimately benefits the “we” anyhow.  The Moon goes on to trine Mars, Jupiter and Saturn, while the Sun and Venus in Aries sextile’s Saturn, with Mars keeping the baseline strong with it’s steady Saturn trine. This can see a really beneficial path being taken, that has positive implications for the future. For some, it could involve the formation of strong partnerships and alliances, or the strengthening of already existing partnerships and alliances. Others are negotiating more independence, freedom and autonomy for themselves within a sturdy, stable, loving, and reliable partnership, -and/ or in regards to their work or financial life. Still, others are negotiating themselves the fuck out of partnerships that were really, really bad for them, and maneuvering themselves into positions of autonomy, self empowerment, and healing, perhaps via the assistance of special alliances. Overall, regardless of how this is currently transpiring for you specifically, the results are intended precisely for your healing, development, and personal empowerment.

ASTROLOGY FOR THE WEEK OF MARCH 15-21 2021.

MON MAR 15.

Today see’s the ingress of Mercury into etheric and spiritual Pisces in the afternoon. We begin today with the Moon in assertive Aries, square Pluto in Capricorn, sextile Jupiter in Aquarius, while trine Juno in Sagittarius. This can see the early part of the day driven and enthusiastic to push for big changes in regards to laying down fresh foundations and expanding in positive directions. With Jupiter in Aquarius this may have a social or community aspect to it, or involve the internet, humanitarianism, or simply just off beat or eclectic ideas and endeavors. With the Moon squaring Pluto, this is a very driven and even somewhat obsessive energy that can see tunnel vision around making something happen or pushing a transformation through. Mercury, planet of communication, short distance travel and commerce, enters reclusive and mysterious Pisces at 3:26 PM PST. This Mercury cycle will square Mars in multitasking and plate spinning Gemini, and can see a transition process, and this can be a bit loopy and disorienting, as Mercury in Pisces is more artistic, idealistic, and creative than rational. There may be one thing or situation dissolving, while there is a sort of scramble to get another more firmly established. Or it can be a case of simply keeping everything afloat while adapting to changing situations or increased activity in some area. Adaptation will be a key theme here, as this will represent a period of flux, but also one of eventual renewal, as the Sun and Venus also enter Aries this week, indicating fresh starts, and new initiatives. Certain things are just getting off the ground now, or are in a process of coming back to life. Evening see’s the Moon in late Aries sextile Mercury fresh into Pisces and conjoin Uranus, giving hints at tomorrows innovative, inspired and creative atmosphere. The Taurus lunation will embody a theme of working some practical magic and manifesting some ideals into reality. There may be some challenges to work around this week, but there’s also a lot of idealism, innovation, and determination to see certain things through.

TUES MAR 16.

This morning begins on an inspired but determined note, with the Moon in practical Taurus conjunct innovative Uranus, sextile Mercury in imaginative Pisces, while going on to square Saturn in Aquarius. This can see some challenges to navigate around, and with the Moon also squaring the asteroid Hygeia, for some, this may have a health or healing component in some way, shape or form, but the lunar square to Saturn which builds in strength in the later hours of the day offers a lot of emotional resilience to see challenges of any kind through, or to make the best of any situation that may be less than ideal at the moment.  The lunar conjunction to Uranus can see some excitement, shocks or surprises, or strokes of genius and innovation, combined with a steady energy that grounds the current. With Venus and the Sun both linking up to Neptune and Pluto it’s possible for powerful, and perhaps long avoided reforms to be taking place from deep within that can almost feel spiritually guided or ordained somehow. A process of surrender, healing, and release. The Sun and Venus’ movement through Pisces has brought people into contact with others or illuminated certain things in an almost pre-ordained fashion. Certain others that have just the information or medicine needed to enter into a sort of sacred initiation process that has been long overdue, inevitable. Fated.  Mercury, now fresh into Pisces, begins it’s square to Mars in Gemini today, which will see a long-ish period of adaptation, flux, dissolution, and possible confusion or uncertainty. This aspect is a bit drunk at the wheel, but Mars in Gemini makes a stable trine to Saturn, which guides the trip like a master shaman. The desired destination is clear, but the pathway there may require a release of expectation, surrender and acceptance of things beyond our control, compassion, faith, belief in our dreams, as well as a good dose of innovation, imagination, a willingness to experiment with different approaches or perspectives, and creative problem solving. Today may require a stoic and steady discipline, as new ways of doing things or new foundations are on their way to being more firmly established, while deadweight or old cycles are in a process of dissolving and mutating. There can be a bit of a rebellious energy to the Taurus lunation, and a sort of spunk and desire for excitement. This resourceful, willful, independent, and inventive energy can help make an otherwise “serious” or practical process feel like a sort of adventure or epic mission. Tomorrow can see optimism and idealism building, and there can be evidence that things are heading into a more positive direction and truly transforming.

WED MARCH 17.

Today see’s the Moon in Taurus square Jupiter in Aquarius, sextile Neptune and trine Pluto. This can see some impactful experiences, perhaps even a sort of larger than life energy. A lot of serendipity and a sensitivity to what is perceived can be felt, and things can also feel pregnant with meaning, or in the very least there could even be some well timed, lucky breaks or significant breakthroughs, subtle but powerful shifts, or experiences that cut right to the point of a matter. A semi square to Chiron can suggest some vulnerabilities that need to be faced, but over all there is compassion present. The Moon/Jup square can make us want to make everything as easy as possible on ourselves, and these contacts tend towards a bit of laziness or indulgence, and in the very least, a need for things not to be made any more difficult than they need to be, as it’s clear that some big shifts are happening. New beginnings, fresh initiatives, signs of life and renewal are right around the corner, and with the Moon in tactile Taurus joining the Sun and Venus in Pisces in contact to Pluto and Neptune today, there can be some viscerally stimulated ideals today and something can be so close to actualizing that we can taste it. Optimism and the power of positive thinking can really help facilitate a good practical focus amidst a sort of unwavering idealism. It bears mentioning that today is a holiday revered by alcoholics the world over, and it’s possible the evening could see a loosening of inhibitions and of peoples tongues. With Mars and Mercury both square, it’s possible for subtle undercurrents of tension, but Mercury in Pisces prefers to slink off and avoid confrontation, sticking to more indirect approaches to any sort of intelligence gathering.  In the final hour of the evening, the Moon in Taurus sextile Venus in Pisces. This can see the wee hours focused on pleasure, enjoyment, creativity, beauty, and/or relationships to others. There are some definite turning points and transformations happening in regards to these matters, and there can be a focus on making things more idyllic. Tomorrow can see certain things illuminated, with an emphasis on meetings and communications. With Mars in inquisitive Gemini, there’s a desire to get to the bottom of something and shine a light on any fuckery or confusion or expose any inconsistencies or even outright deceptions. Mars trine Saturn seeks out congruency and stability to make sure that future foundations are sound, and that anything being set up for the future can stand the test of time, as many are entering experimental ground, but there is still some murkiness or uncertainty to clear up as old situations dissolve.

THURS MAR 18.

Today begins with the Moon in late Taurus, sextile the Sun and Venus in Pisces, trine Pluto, and square Mercury. Today can see some interpersonal or even commercial or creative situations reach some sort of breakthrough. The afternoon see’s the Moon in the most urgent and final degree of Taurus making a conjunction to Mars in Gemini, which see’s the emphasis on meetings and communications growing. There could be some significant interpersonal encounters today that can be very illuminating or impactful, as well as beneficial. There appears to be a desire to get to the bottom of something or cut right to the essence of things, perhaps shine a light on whatever has been submerged or obscured. There can also be a desire to bring relief, clarity or aid to someone who is distressed or vulnerable somehow. There is a lot of compassion here. Regardless of how this transpires, there can be some very compelling pulls, and an almost investigative curiosity amidst a lot of mystery. There’s a highly spiritual component to interactions and exchanges that happen now. For some, todays mathscape can see this transpire around creative or commercial endeavors, and some sort of breakthrough can be occurring here. For others, the potential for significant meetings with others is too emphasized to ignore. There is definitely a desire to talk here, perhaps about deeply psychological and spiritual things, or to swap secrets or obtain privileged information, provide healing, or simply get some things off our chest. There can be something healing about interactions or meetings that transpire now, and meetings can occur in person, with the Moon in physical Taurus in the first half of the day. Compelling spiritual pulls can draw people together, there can be a lot of serendipity at play, with an emphasis on pleasure, creativity, harmony, selfless compassion, spirituality and healing. It seems the universe is facilitating some sort of breakthroughs. The Moon enters curious Gemini at 4:47 PM PST, emphasizing communications and information gathering even further. The lunar conjunction to Mars is determined to confront something here, perhaps some sort of mystery, uncertainty, or some lack of consistency. This can also see an emphasis on networking here, but this day can be significant commercially, financially, and/or interpersonally, and in relation to goals for the future somehow.  Perhaps whatever Mars confronts or unearths, or whatever contacts are facilitated leads to a sense of more stability or certainty about the trajectory of a project, endeavor, or relationship. It’s possible more consistency or integrity is brought to a situation and we can feel more certain of ourselves, new connections are established, or something or someone proves themselves to be reliable and steady amidst a lot of change and fluctuation. The Moon goes on to trine stable Saturn in the evening, and there can be a sort of success here or a feeling of having conquered some demoralizing forces or feelings of uncertainty (Moon square Mercury in Pisces.) Not everything is clear, and we may not be entirely out of the woods with regards to figuring it all out, but a strategy, and even networks or connections can be in place that are solid.

THE WEEKEND.

FRI MAR 19.

Today see’s the Moon perfect a conjunction with Mars which can see the end of the week get off to a busy and talkative start. Whatever has come to light or been facilitated via talks or networking can be bringing more courage and confidence in the path we are taking, and it’s also possible something has brought some healing, with the Moon sextile Chiron for the first portion of today. With lunar contacts to Mars and Saturn, there can be some challenges to navigate but there’s a desire to nail something down and really get it settled. The later portion of the day brings a lunar trine to Jupiter and this can see optimism and a feeling of expansiveness and positivity around new foundations or trajectories. A lunar square to Neptune in the evening can see some uncertainties, unknowns, or some lingering doubts, but with Mars trine Saturn, and the Moon conjunct Mats, there’s a decided push to clear the fuckery out of the way. Idealism and sensitivity can be very high,  and in some cases perhaps it’s more a sensitivity to what is not said or what is not known that can be at issue. A lack of information or experience in something, or something being deliberately obscured? Regardless, things look ultimately positive, and optimism can be fueled by positive networks or a feeling of having a supportive community base. Mercury in Pisces now sextile Uranus can bring some powerful moments of psychological awakening, insights,  or revealing spiritual downloads, so whatever is submerged will work it’s way to the surface, regardless of whether there are actual efforts to deceive or submerge information. This includes ways that people lie to themselves, so this can be very positive for spiritual and psychological growth. It can also be interesting for commercial endeavors, which can tend to have a very idealistic, humanitarian, and spiritual component, or there is something unique and futuristic or ahead of it’s time about it. This aspect can be spiritually and psychologically revitalizing and invigorating, with bursts of inspiration and insight coming left and right. Very awesome for artists or spiritual healers. Also interesting for the markets, as old things dissolve and make way for new and futuristic or humanitarian trends. Tomorrow see’s the Sun’s annual ingress into Aries, which places emphasis on new beginnings, new growth, new initiatives, and renewal. Spring has sprung.

SAT MAR 20.

Today is International Astrology Day, and the Sun moves into Aries, marking the Spring Equinox. The Moon in Gemini goes on to square Venus in 29 degrees Pisces, while squaring Neptune and trine Jupiter. This can see idealism very high, and combined with Mercury squaring Mars and sextile to Uranus, any attempts at fuckery, manipulation, or deception of self or others will be very difficult to conceal and very obvious to the trained and even untrained eye.  In any case, if there is any way in which you have been lying to yourself or avoiding self honesty, or if there have simply been things that you haven’t been seeing clearly, these aspects will help facilitate awakenings. The Moon squaring Venus in the final degree of Pisces can see certain interpersonal or financial situations dissolving, to make way for a fresh era and a renewal. There can be optimism felt around leaving something behind that may have been somehow demoralizing or less than fulfilling. This can also impact areas of self worth and earned income. A new and self affirming path is being forged, perhaps involving more independence and self empowerment somehow.  The Moon in Gemini goes on to Square the Sun in the early evening, now freshly in Aries, and this can see a certain forthrightness and a desire to push for clarity and a liberation away from anything that has negatively impacted confidence, independence, or morale.  Anything demoralizing or muddling is being confronted, left behind, and broken away from, energetically, psychologically, spiritually, interpersonally, or otherwise. This mathscape harkens new beginnings and a period of renewal and liberation from undermining forces, from either within or without. The Moon’s shift into Cancer tomorrow morning, along with Venus shifting into Aries can help facilitate cathartic release from muddling forces and an inner alignment with a more life and self affirming trajectory. Healing. Renewal. Rebirth.

SUN MAR 21.

Today see’s Venus move into independent and pioneering Aries, seeing new beginnings, regarding relationships (business and personal), finances, values, and self worth. The Moon enters comfort seeking Cancer, to trine Mercury n Pisces, and squaring the Sun, Chrion and Venus in Aries. In some ways, this can see some goodbyes to a past that is no longer viable. There can be some vulnerability present as the winds of change thrust us into a new, perhaps more independent direction, but this will be very healing. The Moon goes on to sextile liberating Uranus, and along with it’s trine to Mercury in sensitive Pisces, this can see some insightful, even cathartic conversations or realizations. There may even be some surprising news. Again, with the Moon squaring Chiron there may be a bit of vulnerability in the atmosphere, but what is clear is that for the sake of healing, and authenticity, radical new approaches need to be taken. This can mean that any cloying influences or even emotional hangups or insecurities that are mucking up progress need to be broken away from and transcended in order to pursue a path more in alignment with our true will. This can see new initiatives taken within relationships to others, either financially or otherwise, more independence is sought. The new period of growth that lies ahead will require freedom from constraints and a lot of room to breathe. Interesting, revealing and enlightening discussions can be had today, and there can be a lot of psychological and/or spiritual realizations. Perhaps this is facilitated via friction with others on the one hand, with a simultaneous kismet with a different set of folk, or just an inner alignment with self and a commitment to further self realization and development. Perhaps what is transpiring now and over the coming Venus cycle has been long overdue. This period can see some goodbyes but also some hellos. It’s possible for some the hello in question is standing in the mirror. For others, fresh starts with others or new partnerships, personal, creative, or financial can see new life breathed into them. There could be some challenges as a radical authenticity is being embraced, but this can have a very healing and spiritual component that can feel guided by something higher.

ASTROLOGY FOR THE WEEK OF MAR 8-14 2021

MON MARCH 8.

This morning begins with the Moon in keep it real Capricorn sextile fantasy prone Neptune and conjunct powerful Pluto. This can see a desire to actualize beautiful things and bring desired, lofty goals into reality.  The intense, instinctual, and obsessive Moon/Pluto conjunction carries most of the day. This is a highly physical energy and as the day wears on, vitality, drive, motivation, and curiosity can be on the increase. This is a very focused, ambitious, and goal oriented mathscape. There may be a sort of exclusionary tunnel vision around a goal or around completely transforming a situation or pushing something through to the next level. In either case, the Moon/Pluto conjunction isn’t fucking around and is determined as hell.  There can be a very thorough focus on an overhaul, reform, like a sort of clean slate feeling, with an emphasis on strengthening new foundations in order to more properly welcome in a totally fresh and promising chapter. Mercury conjunct Jupiter can really be helping to emphasize the positive. As the Moon heads into the later degrees of Capricorn in the afternoon and evening, a lunar trine to Mars begins to build and this can see a push to really get things done. There could be plans in the works to really shake something up, revolutionize something, let in some fresh air, or get something new, refreshing and inspiring more firmly established. This could involve communications/communication endeavors/speaking/writing/learning, short distance travels, social networking, siblings, neighbors, friendships, and generally following curiosity where it leads, -but with purpose, discernment, and wise strategy. The Moon enters detached and observant Aquarius at 11:41 PM PST, which can see the tail end of this evening end on an eclectic, enthusiastic and driven note, with a focus on taking initiatives, or a renewed drive around endeavors or interactions that were perhaps stalled, delayed or compromised while Mercury was retrograde and in shadow phase. Being that Mars is in Gemini, there can also be more of a push to communicate, and get things moving or conversations going on several fronts, and this Mars cycle can see things become very busy, talkative,-but also very constructive. Although it could feel like spinning plates at times, this cycle will be excellent for networking as well as very helpful to establish new endeavors and new interactions, and open new conversations. A lot of back and forth. This will be a chatty and very busy Mars cycle.

TUES MARCH 9.

This morning see’s the Moon in non conformist and rebellious Aquarius, conjunct Saturn, square Uranus in Taurus, and trine Mars in curious Gemini, while sextile Chiron in Aries. This math illustrates the desire for fresh energy, and setting a new, more life affirming and self affirming precedent than what has come before. There’s a liberating and rebellious quality to this energy, and the Moon squaring Uranus can see emotions all over the place but with a cool and detached distance from them. It’s sort of an impetus to just “do things differently”, or simply just be more consistent with the weirdness you’ve already got going on and watch and observe the results of that. These are some very experimental configurations, but there is a definite end goal in mind, with Mars in Gemini in trine to Saturn in Aquarius. There’s something very freeing, electrifying, and exploratory about these configurations, but it’s also stable. With both the Sun and Venus conjunct Neptune, there’s also a sense of disinhibition, or a slow dissolving of restraints or boundaries that can feel somewhat intoxicating. The veil between worlds can feel thinner than usual and there can be a highly mystical, spiritual, and enlivening bent to these Neptunian and Uranian vibrations. Sometimes, these configurations can indicate some sort of release, sacrifice, or a sort of longing, but also a liberation. They definitely can bring forth a need to connect to something higher, and can increase our perception of the subtle realms, serendipity, synchronicity, dream experiences, and our capacity for creativity, compassion, understanding and reflection. There can be some wild cards today, and other people, ourselves, or the atmosphere in general can be unpredictable, spontaneous, and perhaps somewhat shocking or liberating. There can be a breaking away from constraints, negativity, or things that are holding us back in some way, and a desire to commit to new, fresh footing that satiates our emotional need for change, growth, expansion, excitement, liberation, individuation, and inspiration. There can be a growing optimism as the day wears on, as we see the Moon conjoin Jupiter in late afternoon. This can see us feeling really positive about the new foundations we’re laying down for ourselves and the path we’ve set out on. There can be a lot of affirmation around the goals we’ve set, reforms we’ve made, communities we’re immersing ourselves in, or interactions we’re getting off the ground, and this can be increasing confidence and can even feel really healing on some level. So it looks like if things are being shaken up, they’re being shaken up in a very positive, healthy, and beneficial way. In some ways, things can feel larger than life now, and there can be a whole lot going on at once, but with the reflective Pisces transits it emphasizes the importance of down time, reflection, peace, chillitude, dreaming, in order to have time to assimilate and properly integrate all of the changes. Idealism can be very high. The nervous system can also be highly stimulated during the Aquarian lunation, and things can be pretty busy, and unpredictable, but also very refreshing and invigorating. It’s like a weird sort of awakening is going down really.

WED MARCH 10.

This morning see’s the Moon in Aquarius conjunct Mercury, Jupiter and sextile Juno in Sagittarius. There can be some very positive or supportive feedback, communications, or news. These are some very friendly and expansive configurations, and there can be interesting happenings regarding friendships, community, networking, goals, and even things in the local environment or neighborhood. This can be a talkative day, and thoughts can be more buoyant and optimistic than usual. With both the Moon and Mercury making contact to Juno, it can be almost effortless to come into contact with the right people at the right time, people good for our growth or who have information or a perspective that can help expand our world. Simultaneously, Venus squaring up to Juno can see some relationships dissolving or illusions about them are being challenged and released. Nonetheless, this all looks ultimately for the positive, the Universe is working in some pretty mysterious ways to facilitate growth, evolution, and healing.  “You can’t always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find that you get what you need” comes to mind. With the Moon linking up to Mercury and Jupiter, and sextile to Juno though, there are some pretty strong grounds for optimism, and in many ways, perhaps we are getting what we want right now. There can be a flood of communication opening right now and some expansive talks can occur or news can be received that broadens perspective and also increases optimism and hope. It can be very healing, friendly and uplifting, particularly if there has been a vague sense of feeling disillusioned, isolated, or disappointed somehow. These configurations can see big ideas and a lot of thinking and talking about the future, and there is also an expansive focus on friendships and the wider community in some way. Big talks, big news, and excitement can factor in to todays mathscape, and there’s a very liberating, humanitarian, and uplifting quality to it. Overall it looks to be a talkative, busy, and exciting day with the potential for some good news and signs of progress in areas of importance to us. Dreams, idealism, fantasy, reflection, solitude, peace, and surrender to something bigger than ourselves follow suit in tomorrows math-mosphere. For some there may be a bitter sweet release, perhaps even a getaway or an escape from something or someone-but cathartic and ultimately positive nonetheless, as there can be a sense that it’s all up from here and a fresh page is being turned.

THURS MARCH 11.

This morning see’s the Moon move into sensitive and mystical Pisces, squaring Mars in curious Gemini, and going on to sextile liberating Uranus in Taurus. There can be some illumination and a sort of breaking free from a rather confusing or even demoralizing atmosphere, circumstance, vibe, or dynamic. Mars in Gemini trine to Saturn is determined and sensible, has already decided what it wants and is carving out a path. The Moon in Pisces squaring up to Mars can be about dissolving obstacles, but it can also make the path we’re on feel muddled, uncertain, or convoluted somehow, or create some temporary doubts. For some, this can simply represent an exit.  Saying goodbye to an old phase or a disillusioning circumstance, way of life, behavior, relationship, or self sabotaging actions. There might be some muck to get through here, -but this is very temporary. Moon square Mars can create some emotional tension and can see some irritability, frustration, and with the Moon in Pisces, perhaps uncertainty and a bit of an emo streak. But the lunar sextile Uranus suggests that this is something that is being left behind and broken free from, and there are positive actions being taken to facilitate change, empowerment, independence, and self actualization. With the Sun conjunct Venus and Neptune there can be a feeling of divine intervention at play, and that whatever is happening is being guided by a wise and intelligent universe. It’s as if we are being spiritually guided. There may be some clashes today, either internally or externally, but over all there is a decided push to transition from one phase to another, one that is in more natural harmony with our aims, preferences, values, and ideals. No more settling. Late this evening, the Moon conjoins Venus, and this can see a focus on pleasure, harmony, beauty, creativity, fantasy, and relationships to others. This can see the weekend begin on a highly idealistic, even compassionate note, with a drive to make everything more beautiful and harmonious amidst the naturally occurring friction of change. I’m not quite sure how else to put this but this weekend actually looks like a spiritual unicorn in math format. It just looks like some type of magic healing spell. Idk.

THE WEEKEND.

FRI MARCH 12

Today see’s the Sun and Moon in Pisces conjunct Venus and Neptune and this just looks tranquil, idyllic, serendipitous and mystical as all hell. The Sun in Pisces also forms a sextile to Pluto. This weekend can see some potent spiritual and/or aesthetic experiences, and there can be a sort of surrender to a process, the instinctual nature, the feelings and/or simply a release of something to the fates. There can be a letting go or a sort of release to process, as certain things are dissolving and transforming, to change shape and take a new form later. Under these configurations, we can be highly attuned and sensitive to color, vibration, feeling, sound, symbols, art, music, omens, and the more subtle aspects of reality. There can be something almost surreal to this weekend’s configurations, and there can be a subtle but powerful process of transformation happening that can feel very compelling and way bigger than ourselves. There can also be a lot of longing or a focus on what is lacking or what is imperfect here. With the Sun and Moon in Pisces both square Juno, this transformation can be facilitated somehow via relationships to others. There’s a very spiritual component to this, and with the Sun sextile Pluto, whatever process is underway now was completely inevitable, or “fated” if you will. It's clear that something is needing to totally transform. This can be a private and reflective time of release to the unknown and the unconscious processes, feelings, instincts, compulsions we have attempted to keep at bay or hidden from ourselves. Something bigger than we are is steering the ship and driving the will. Not everything happening is easy, but "it is what it is."

SAT MARCH 13

The New Moon, which is exact at 2:21 AM in the wee quiet hours of the morning can see the unconscious desires take the wheel. The Moon joins the Sun in a sextile to powerful Pluto and a subtle and gentle confrontation with whatever has been submerged or sublimated can occur. This can be an entirely private and solitary process or it can involve or revolve around another person or even finances or creative endeavors somehow with Venus also playing a role at this New Moon. Whatever the case, something is basically unavoidable and there can be irresistible pulls or powerful magnetic forces at work that impel some sort of transformation. Some transformation process is unavoidable. There’s a desire for peaceful surroundings and good times with the Moon conjunct Venus, and as the Moon/Pluto aspect grows in strength throughout the day, emotions can have a lot of power and momentum to mold our life in the manner we desire, so this is a potent New Moon for setting intentions with a sort of obsessive tunnel vision. This can be a potentially very spiritually and psychologically healing weekend that can create a lot of opportunities for insight and a desire to delve more deeply into something, perhaps an increased interest in spiritual or psychological matters, or simply a need to accept, embrace, and see the beauty in a process beyond our control that is underway. The Moon enters more assertive and action oriented Aries at 3:44 PM PST, to conjoin Chiron while still conjunct the Sun in later degrees of Pisces. It could be that a certain acceptance around realizations we’ve had about ourselves and/or others have left us feeling more confident and self assured about whatever we are coming to terms with and embracing, but this could also be accompanied by some vulnerability. The Moon goes on to sextile Mars in Gemini which can see Saturday evening more outgoing, talkative, adventurous, driven, and curious.

SUN MARCH 14.

This morning begins with the Moon in assertive Aries conjunct Chiron and sextile Mars in Gemini and Saturn in Aquarius. This can see a whole lot happening in the local environment, a lot of communications, news, world events. A whole lot of activities, and there's a feistiness to the configurations with an emphasis on justice and humanitarianism. This can see an incentive towards establishing or exploring new ties, movements, social networking, or setting the stage for new foundations socially, interpersonally, or commercially. It can be a very goal oriented energy. There can be more courage behind a desire to explore certain conversations more in depth, or to follow any compelling sense of curiosity to it’s natural conclusion. With Mars trine Saturn, and the Sun sextile Pluto, there’s a determined sense of mission and drive to expand within a modest, stable, and enduring framework and build or restructure a solid foundation. Finding ways to satiate a need for substance, meaning, beauty, variety, and fulfillment -socially, emotionally, instinctually and otherwise -without compromising the integrity or simplicity of our respective missions and goals will be key.  Mars trine Saturn isn’t keen to waste time, and the Sun sextile Pluto wants to cut to the essence of things. Late Sunday evening see’s the Moon in Aries sextile Jupiter in Aquarius while trine Juno in Sagittarius, and this can see a boost in optimism and enthusiasm around our interactions, and we can be feeling morally supported by those we’ve come into contact with. There can be a healing and mystical component. This boost in optimism or feeling of confidence or self empowerment can be very timely, and there can be some really powerful changes beginning to unfold interpersonally or commercially. Next week can get off to a powerful and surprising start, but it looks very beneficial. New foundations are being laid as what is outworn or no longer feasible or relevant dissolves.

Monday, March 1, 2021

ASTROLOGY FOR THE WEEK OF MARCH 1-7 2021.

MON MARCH 1.

Today begins with the Moon in Libra, trine Mercury, Jupiter, and Saturn in Aquarius. This combination along with harmonious contacts to the North and South nodes can see some fated energetic shifts occurring.  There is emphasis on communications today, and we can be doing our best to emphasize all that is positive. There can be something surprising, unexpected, or refreshing about channels of communication opening up now (Moon/Mercury/Jupiter.)  Or there’s simply a whole lot of communications to manage to the point of being excessive or too much at once. I know it’s redundant to say, but everything really has been a lot to take in, and we are now getting out of Mercury's shadow phase and picking up steam once again. There can be an air of generosity, hopefulness, expansiveness, and adventure today, and an emphasis on the enjoyment of people, good aesthetics, good vibes, and harmonization over division. With a lunar trine to Saturn as well, it appears new foundations can be taking root socially, and/or interpersonally. The Moon also makes a sextile to Juno in Sagittarius, and this can see supportive contacts with others forming in the background or foreground that offer a lot of space, freedom, personal growth, mutual good will, and consciousness expansion.  It could be that there’s some positive, stabilizing news today, or evidence of progress. Because these aspects include Mercury, those of you in the markets or crypto might have reason to be mildly optimistic this week, as Mercury and Jupiter will once again perfect in conjunction midweek at 17 degrees. So if there’s been a dip, there could either be a modest climb or in the very least, a stabilization. Best case scenario, would be both of course. Perhaps Doge will start getting back on it’s feet after some challenges. Venus sextile Uranus is shaking things up socially, interpersonally, financially and/or creatively, and in some ways this can feel like a breath of fresh air, along with a lot of shocks, surprises, spontaneous happenings, changes, and unpredictability. It’s a liberating influence, with the Sun conjunct Neptune, with Venus to eventually follow at the end of the week, there can be a loosening of inhibitions and restrictions that can be somewhat freeing and cathartic. It’s possible today could be a day of information overload, and there could be a need to focus or balance simultaneous happenings at once. Evening time see’s the Moon in Libra square Pluto in Capricorn and this could see some interpersonal intensity culminating, or an intense atmosphere with larger than life feeling implications or just a compulsivity and intensity around certain interactions or happenings. Fortunately, if things are intense in any type of gnarly way, there appears to be a lot of support available through relationships, friendships and community, and it appears that some major transformations are occurring that look to be beneficial.

TUES MARCH 2.

This morning begins on an intense note with the Moon in Libra squaring Pluto, along with asteroid of health, Hygeia. There may be a need to catch balance amidst a lot of intense happenings all at once, mentally, spiritually, and physically, it’s possible that even amidst positive changes there’s also much that is overwhelming. The Moon enters do or die Scorpio at 12:38 PM PST, to trine Venus in Pisces and oppose Uranus in Taurus. This can see things get pretty wild. Perhaps in a really unexpectedly positive way, but also possibly amidst a lot of other things that are going on as well, which could be pretty destabilizing. The Full Moon in Virgo may have seen a lot of details to manage, improvements to be made, loose ends to clear away, or a crisis to be dealt with, and the dust from all of this may still be settling. The Moon goes on to square Saturn as well, which could see some challenges, delays, blockages, or issues of timing. This can see a need for resilience and patience. The Moon goes on to trine the Sun in etheric Pisces as well this evening, and this can see a subtle spotlight on relationships to others that may serve as sort of a quiet lighthouse or beacon of hope or good vibes in the background during what appears to be some challenging or destabilizing circumstances or changes being navigated. There may be some really positive, unusual dynamics quietly developing or holding space in the back round that have a certain resilience to them. The Moon opposition Uranus can see a lot of restlessness as well, and these configurations can bring out some random or unpredictable streaks in people. With Venus sextile Uranus as well, there’s definitely a desire to shake things up, and these configurations can see people more willing to take positive risks. With Mars in the final and most urgent degree of earthy Taurus, and due to enter talkative, curious and multitasking Gemini tomorrow evening, this can see a push to get areas around communications on a more solid, and rooted footing. Definitely an emphasis in this coming Mars cycle on new social, interpersonal foundations being laid down, a sort of building of bridges. With Mars still trine Pluto and now in the most pressing degree, there’s still a powerful, driven and instinctual drive towards a controlled expansion. The Scorpio lunation can see things being shaken up in a potentially very pleasing way that makes any challenges going on somehow easier to endure and provides the motivation and emotional resilience to endure them.

WED MARCH 3.

Today see’s the Moon in instinctual and heavy breathing Scorpio trine the Sun, Venus, and Neptune in Pisces, opposite Uranus, and square Mercury, Jupiter, and Saturn in Aquarius. This day looks rather eventful, nd with the Sun also conjunct Pisces, there is a definite, but very low key emphasis on relationships to others in the picture. There can be a lot of intensity in the atmosphere and some big or surprising developments or shocking announcements. Because the Moon is in secretive Scorpio trine the Sun and Venus in low key, behind the scenes Pisces for the first portion of the day, much of this can be occurring below the radar or under the surface somehow, or simply in a quiet or kind of private way, but nonetheless things look relatively exciting. It’s possible that walls are dissolving here in some fashion or other, and there could be something radical, exciting, or invigorating about this somehow. It looks like a very eventful, or at least impactful, exciting day, and there may be some pot stirring communications or a desire to break through walls or dissolve barriers, blockages or inhibitions, or to push something through. Conversely, (or simultaneously) there could be some tensions or challenges around doing that, but the Moon in Scorpio is driven. Mars enters curious and communicative Gemini at 7:30 PM PST, placing an emphasis on plate spinning, multitasking, networking, communications, short distance travel, the written and spoken word, neighbors, siblings, and/or things going on in the local environment , for the duration of this Mars cycle. This evening can see a larger than life, highly idealistic atmosphere that could also be rather privately intense in the sense that we can experience our feelings, instincts or desires very vividly. Communications or what we see/read/say or hear can be playing a part in this. There can be a lot to reflect upon and the Moon in Scorpio trine the Sun and Neptune in Pisces can see a somewhat retiring, reflective, or private energy to the evening, either a focus on solitary pursuits or activities or private conversations with others. Digesting certain changes going on under the surface, internally, and/or between ourselves and others looks to be a primary focus of the Scorpio lunation, as Mars sets off emboldened to initiate new conversations or embark into new territory locally or even commercially, and to set down new longterm foundations and expand territory or delve more deeply into new, exciting, or adventurous areas of conversation or communication initiatives.

THURS MARCH 4.

This morning see’s the Moon in Scorpio sextile Pluto and trine Neptune, while slowly strengthening an opposition to Mars in Gemini. This can see something make impact, with sensitivity and intensity both heightened simultaneously, it’s a sensitive, and powerful energy that flexes a “soft power.” The early morning hours can see walls being penetrated, or in the very least a strong desire to penetrate them. The Mercury/Jupiter conjunction perfects today at 17 degrees, so as I mentioned in Monday’s math, if you’re in stonks or crympto, pay attention to what’s going on in the markets today. In the afternoon, the Moon enters adventurous and outgoing Sagittarius, opposite Mars in inquisitive Gemini. This can see a desire to enter new territory, and to build bridges interpersonally, financially, commercially, creatively or otherwise, -and a desire to dissolve barriers or blockages to doing so, with the Sun conjunct Venus and Neptune.  The Moon also trines Chiron in Aries, and goes on to square Venus in Pisces, which further emphasizes interactions with others, or creative or financial endeavors.  There could be a need to bridge worlds or adapt to new schedules or find some sort of workable compromise between competing schedules, activities, differing styles, paces, cultures, tastes, or temperaments. Moon square Venus can see a highly idealistic and adventurous atmosphere, and the trine to Chiron can see something having us feeling optimistic or boosting our morale or confidence. There’s a healing element to this. A lunar sextile to Saturn in Aquarius later on can see something stabilize or subtly begin to prove itself, and this can feel reassuring, as with the Moon square Venus and an emphasis on Pisces, faith and belief is a large component of whatever we have going on now. Any signs that it’s not misplaced can increase confidence and optimism levels. The coming configurations could place focus on a desire to make sure that pure faith is not being misplaced and that something hoped for has actual substance behind it (and isn’t just a fucking mirage.) It’s possible that over the next few days, reassuring signs can emerge that something actually does hold weight and have substance behind it. Also, it could be that our faith and belief, and desire to focus on all that is good actually potentiates and manifests substance or makes something more concrete and real. Something you can touch and hold in your hand. Conversely, a negative, doubtful, or pessimistic outlook could impede something that actually does have substance and merit behind it, so fortify your faith, believe you deserve what you desire, and place it into all you desire to make manifest. Believe in it, nurture it, align with it energetically, -and try not to get into your own way.

THE WEEKEND.

FRI MARCH 5.

Today see’s the Moon in Sagittarius squaring the Sun, Venus, and Neptune in Pisces, and form sextile to Mercury and Jupiter in Aquarius. This can see increases in idealism and optimism, although the lunar square to Neptune still leaves a little room for uncertainty or doubt, it’s hard to ignore things that make us feel hopeful, good, positive and optimistic. So don’t then. Although, there could be some wrestling to do with “too good to be true” type feelings, it’s also important to recognize good where it really is actually present and to just acknowledge it and stand in some awe of it. Drink it in, and really acknowledge it. It’s there. This could relate to finances, relationships, creative endeavors, social or community endeavors or movements, or all of the above. Feed into the power of all that is beautiful. There can be a buoyant optimism and a sort of bounce to these configurations, but also a feeling of walking in a dream that is a little bit surreal. A lunar conjunction to Juno can see relationships to others playing a supportive role in this, and there can be some inspiring energies. There can also be confusion, perhaps some longing, but overall, things look promising as long as we emphasize what is good and truly believe in it.  Early evening see’s the Moon sextile Mercury in Aquarius and this can see some exciting communications or something we hear, see, say, or read really stokes our optimism and enthusiasm levels and puts some wind in our sails. This could be positive feedback or a surprise communication, but whatever it is it looks like people are in good spirits. A semi square between Venus and Pluto indicate feeling intensely around something, and there may be subtle obstacles, or frustrations. There may be a need to curb some obsessive tendencies, and funnel them into constructive efforts, patience, and persistence. The day and evening look largely positive, and although much is happening in the ethers, or in fantasies or big sky thinking, once we hit the Capricorn lunation, this could see some changes begin to transpire in the real, and motions to actually put in effort to make something happen or manifest in real life, as opposed to just entertaining mere hopes.

SAT MARCH 6.

Today see’s the Moon void of course in Sagittarius. This can see a slight pause, perhaps taking time to reflect, dream, think big, distill any doubts, and plan for our next moves. The Moon enters pragmatic Capricorn at 6:20 PM PST, where it trines Uranus in Taurus, seaisquares to Mercury and Jupiter, and a quincunx to Mars. This can see some nervous tension, but also a desire to see something happen-nay-to make it happen, with our own efforts and initiatives. A lunar square to Chiron in Aries could suggest a feeling of being a bit challenged or perhaps vulnerable, doubtful in our abilities, or under confident in how realistic something actually is that we might be entertaining thoughts about. But a lunar trine to Uranus is prone to modest risk taking-but only if it seems like it will result in real, actualized results. If it’s a little challenging, it could only increase the will. But if it’s just a mirage or a false hope, it’s demoralizing. The planets in Pisces however, emphasize faith, belief, and surrender to something bigger than ourselves, something eternal, something unfuckwithable. This sort of faith can accomplish seemingly impossible feats, if doubt in something is transmuted and distilled into faith in ourselves and in an intelligent and clever universe, some positive transformations can be made, one way or another, and we can make contact with something beautiful, both within and without.

SUN MARCH 7.

Today see’s the Moon in keep it real Capricorn sextile Venus in dreamboat Pisces while trine Uranus in Taurus, and square Chiron in Aries. There could still be some lingering doubts or underconfidence, but these configurations can see some interesting, surprising, unusual, and pleasing things happening interpersonally, creatively, socially, or financially. Today looks pretty lit to be honest. This could be good for finances, love, creativity, pleasure, the arts, and general all around pleasantness. Feet on the ground, head in the clouds. I look at these configurations and I can hear Aesop Rock say “So I heard y’all wanna float”, because later on, the lunar square to Chiron relents and the Moon sextiles the Sun in Pisces as well. Perhaps something that we worried was too good to be true turns out to be just plain good, or we decide that doubting something any longer is useless and only killing the vibe. There could be some exciting or freeing changes and shifts happening under this mathscape, and ideals are highly activated here. Today could see some interesting synchronicities or some surprising feelings or exchanges with others. The ambitious Cap lunation could see a desire to make the most of idealistic and fantastical trends to bring some fantasies or creative inspiration down into reality and make the world and our experience of it more god damn beautiful. Late tonight, the Moon goes on to conjunct Pluto. This could see Monday get off to a focused and determined start. There’s something that’s really got our inspiration and motivation levels up here, and there’s a desire to keep the high vibes going to build and sustain momentum, slam some dunks, and get something real happening and established.
