Astrology For The Week Of April 29th-May 5th

We begin the week still recovering from a disorienting celestial combination over the weekend that had everyone operating on suboptimal levels of Diggity.

The Moon remains in Pisces for the first portion of the week, until it reaches Aries.
With that being said, we can view this process as going from a “Diggity Deficit”, to slowly building up the equity of our Diggity, to suddenly having an overwhelming surplus of Diggity that will definitely need an outlet.
The first portion of the week looks a bit nebulous, “hung over,” loopy, longing, escapist, and stymied, with some pleasant reveries thrown in.

Things pick up and perhaps “perk up” and possibly get a bit "ire" by Wed, and the weekend see’s a new Moon in Taurus.  Mars square to Neptune can be a rather draining, demoralizing, confusing, and depressing aspect, so with that churning on in the backround, any fortunate and morale boosting bits will be that much more valuable.  Mercury and Venus in forceful Aries at some harsh angles to Saturn and Pluto this week will make it extra important to think before we speak, as the chance for cutting remarks or even passive aggression, manipulation, underhandedness, weird power games, or simply disconnects or blocks in communications and connections is increased under these configurations. In some ways, limitations, challenges or restrictions can feel magnified out of proportion to be bigger or more problematic than they really are, so taking care to avoid reactionary behavior or jumping to negative conclusions will be important, because there are actually a lot of signs pointing towards positive improvements, in spite of any delays or temporary challenges.

Let’s break it down and get into it fam.

MON/TUES: GROWING OUR DIGGITY OUT.
Monday see’s Saturn station retrograde. A process that takes until September gets underway. This marks a time of reevaluation of various commitments, and perhaps a time to step back, take stock, and economize energy accordingly until we feel more certainty about what goals and commitments have longevity and staying power. Any long overdue responibilities, tasks or commitments will loom even harder under Saturn's backward movement, so prioritizing accordingly will be key.

Monday could see some morale boosting news or communications come in, with Mars sextile Mercury, and Jupiter trine Mercury. Perhaps something subtly gets our hopes up. Best to keep our feet on the ground and take a wait and see approach before being lead down a garden path, because other aspects to Mercury from Saturn and Pluto, show other things going on under the surface that suggest not everything is on “the up and up.”

Clarifying, *honest* conversations may need to inevitably be had.

With the Moon still in sensitive Pisces, conjunct Neptune, setting up to make awkward aspects to both Mars (Monday evening) and Jupiter (Tuesday morning), here we are, “building up the equity of our Diggity”.
There is a slight “loneliness”, “distance”, and independence to these configurations. With the Sun loosening it’s conjunction to rebellious Uranus, Mercury still squaring Saturn, and also strengthening a square to Pluto, communications and even cognition can feel blocked, somewhat inhibited, burdened, or laden with weird “power dynamics.”
There can be a tendency towards dark or obsessive thoughts, passive aggression, manipulation, paranoia, or simply an unspoken intensity or slow building power struggle to contend with.
The recent strength of the Sun/Uranus conjunction can find some of us feeling a bit “on our own” if we have made any recent “declarations of independence.”

Monday evening looks a bit “loopy”, perhaps somewhat irritable and “moody.” Mars in Gemini has brought a lot of “nervous exhaustion” to the fore, and the Moon in Pisces can make us even more hypersensitive to stimulus. Even loud noises can seem just that little bit “extra”. There is a definite “escapist” vibe to Monday evening’s star scape, and a need to sooth the nervous system. Avoid jarring environments, harsh lights, tense confrontations that could escalate into arguments, and overly loud noises. Take it easy.

Tuesday, April 30th, see’s the Moon sextile Saturn and Pluto, and square Mars in Gemini and Jupiter in Sagittarius. All while still conjunct Neptune in Pisces. My head is spinning from just even typing that. There is an air of selflessness, sacrifice, empathy, and compassion, amidst dealing with some difficult person or situation. Although progress may be slow, there is evidence that it’s happening. A lunar sextile to Saturn and Pluto can help us stay committed to our ideals, even if particular situations or interactions feel a tad demoralizing, foggy, or uncertain.

Whatever is occurring here requires faith and patience.

MIDWEEK.

Wednesday, May 1st, see’s the Moon move into assertive and impulsive Aries, to conjunct Venus and Chiron. A lot of emotion may have built up into an “overwhelming surplus of Diggity”, and there could be a lot of passion, intensity, vulnerability, or even “ire” under the surface of pleasant exteriors. Healing breakthroughs and reclamations of independence or some sort of liberating “statement” or initiative is in the works as we build up to the New Moon. There may be some difficult conversations or negotiations to have, but one way or another, with Jupiter and Mars also in opposition, we need clarity and definition where there is confusion, subterfuge, or way too many “options” or extravagance. All that aside, Wed looks set to have the potential to be relatively pleasant, (at least on the surface of things.)

Thursday, May 2nd, clarifying and forthright communications go down, as the Moon in Aries adds in a conjunction to Mercury. Because Aries concerns “the self”, people can be a bit more focused on “self preservation” at this time. A lunar square to Saturn suggests some emotional frustration, and perhaps people are a bit too self centered for comfort. There is a subtle tension present even if communication is otherwise congenial and optimistic. In other cases, people communicate their priorities with their actions as opposed to their words, which can leave more sensitive souls feeling the cold shoulder. There could also be a frustration with restrictive circumstances that builds up to the New Moon, as our desires can feel inflated in the face of some “ball and chain”, responsibility, delay, challenge, blockage, restriction, or “wet blanket” we’ve been contending with.  “Something has GOT to give.” In some cases, the need to put up with less than ideal circumstances is feeling harder and harder to do, and we could be feeling a bit antsy.
Later on Thursday, the Moon forms a sextile to Mars, making us much more assertive about gratifying ourselves. Hopefully in ways that are “above board”, as a lunar and Mercury square to Pluto suggests some pretty weird power dynamics that could drive some people to behave underhandedly, or use manipulation to get what they want.

THE WEEKEND/NEW MOON IN TAURUS.

Friday, May 3rd, the Sun in Taurus forms a stabilizing trine to Saturn. Although, with Mercury and Venus in Aries still both square Saturn, someone could become even more entrenched in their views and position.

Midmorning Friday, the Moon conjoins Uranus, adding a “quirky rebelliousness” to an already impassioned, and perhaps intense landscape.
We could receive some rather surprising news or communications on Friday.
Around 2 PM, the Moon moves into tactile Taurus. We may be setting ourselves free from restrictive circumstances,  and laying down new foundations that set us up for more freedom within the structures that support us. We may stubbornly insist on our rights in some situation, or seek to rectify some injustice.

Saturday, May 4th, see’s the New Moon occur at 3:45 PM PST in 14 degrees Taurus. This New Moon looks rather edifying, even somewhat “soothing” and stabilizing. With both the Sun and Moon forming sextiles to Neptune, and trines to Saturn, and Pluto, in spite of lingering tensions or intensity, it appears things have reached a positive transformation point. Something about these configurations seems to spell “relief.” As if a complex process is finally beginning to materialize into something solid and show signs of progress.

Mercury ceases it’s square to Saturn, and although Venus is still in tension to Saturn, Jupiter’s trine to Mercury and Venus helps take the edge off and bring expansiveness and optimism to where there were blockages, stubbornness, or rigid, and myopic viewpoints.

In spite of tension between Venus, Saturn and Pluto, hinting at the potential of manipulativeness and a lack of direct confrontations, and an overwhelming Mars/Jupiter opposition, Sunday, May 5th, looks stable, secure,  perhaps even deeply gratifying. As long as nobody embellishes or manipulates the truth, there could be some pretty reassuring and solid hints that something long overdue can begin to unfold.
Later on Sunday evening, the Moon enters communicative Gemini, forming a sextile to Chiron, hinting at some compassionate and sensitive talks, or simply alowing us to think more compassionate thoughts regarding others.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you all have a most excellent week. See you next Monday.

Astrology For The Week Of April 22nd-28th 2019

We begin this week with the Moon in expansive and optimistic Sagittarius, heading towards a conjunction with generous Jupiter, and trining Mercury in the early morning hours. A lunar opposition to Mars in Gemini amidst all this suggests good humor and a positive attitude, in spite of potentially challenging, frustrating circumstances that perhaps have us slightly on edge. A lunar square to Neptune, and Neptune’s square to Mars may add to a feeling of uncertainty, confusion, or lack of clarity about the way forward. Certain things need to simply be “waited out.”

With both Venus and Mercury conjoined to Chiron, all in Aries, there could be a lot of sensitivity in the air, but the potential for clearing the air, and bringing healing to situations is very much available. There could be very forthright communications about sensitive topics, and a feeling of vulnerability, as well as empathy, can permeate interpersonal communications and involvements under these configurations.

The Sun now in Taurus conjoins Uranus, suggesting some radical readjustments are in the works. There could also be some rebelliousness in the air, in some cases, alienation, or a feeling of being an “outsider” in some way, but ultimately, due to the presence of Saturn and Pluto, also in earth signs, rebelling for the sheer sake of it, or acting out for the sheer sake of it, simply isn’t going to fly.

Changes are certainly happening, and are inevitable, but any changes made now will have to pass a “maturity test” or a “reality check” of sorts, to be viable, and to pass. One thing is for certain. We cannot continue to keep doing things the same way we have always done them, simply because it’s the way they have always been done. New rules need to be written and applied.

Tuesday the 23rd, see’s the Moon, still conjunct Jupiter, form a trine to both the Sun and Uranus.  Around noon, PST, the Moon, now in the late degrees of Sagittarius, forms a square to Venus and Chiron. Although things are looking essentially positive and optimistic here, and there seems to be an atmosphere of “anticipation,” there could be some interpersonal tensions, blockages, and sensitivities to navigate.

Around 4 PM PST Tuesday, the Moon shifts into serious and determined Capricorn, eventually throwing in a square to Mercury. There could be some indecision, or an impasse of sorts to contend with, or perhaps we feel burdened by some information or communication we receive, or perhaps there is a short journey we have some responsibility to undertake. Something or someone can throw a spanner in the works, in some way that we don’t expect. This could stoke some vulnerabilities, or perhaps leave someone feeling sensitive, unsettled, or simply misunderstood.

MIDWEEK
Pluto, planet of power and transformation, stations retrograde today.
Aside from that somewhat noteworthy event, Wednesday the 24th see’s the vibe from the latter part of Tuesday carry over, only the impatience begins to grow when Jupiter forms an opposition to Mars in flighty Gemini. We could be anxious to get something over with, and the high-strung feeling could be rather uncomfortably amplified. There could also be way too much going on at once, a lot of communications to contend with, and a general harried impatience in the air. Take extra B vitamins and deep breaths. Maybe blow off some steam by getting some fresh air via a hike or a jog. There could be a whole lot of nervous energy or restlessness to contend with, musical chairs, or perhaps just a lot of waiting around and spinning our wheels.

Later, around 1 PM PST Wed, the Moon conjuncts Saturn, lending us some emotional fortitude through some potentially destabilizing circumstances. The Moon inevitably conjoins Pluto as well, so there are definitely some powerful transformations afoot, and perhaps an air of drama, intensity or extremes.

In the evening, the Moon sextiles Neptune, bringing some healing relief to the table. This can help sooth, settle, and calm. Ahhhh.

Thursday the 25th, there seems to be some relief in the air, as a lot of the tense aspects have tapered off, and an energy of calm stability begins to settle in. There are still some intense transitions in action, but it is a grouping of configurations that say’s “I think we’re getting this under control now.” There may be some positive news, or in the very least, communications are congenial, even if there are still some sensitivities to be worked out.

Although some changes being made can feel intense, it appears they are for the best. Later on in the evening however, a Lunar square to Uranus can indicate some stubborn or erratic behavior. Someone may be resistant to the “new status quo,” or even going against their own best interests. This could require careful handling and/or diplomatic negotiation.

With the Mars/Jupiter square, something or someone can be trying our patience, or standing on our last nerve. There may be a need to achieve or complete something so that we can enjoy ourselves, so developing self discipline and curbing impatience wherever possible will be helpful. Outbursts or temper flairs will only slow down progress, compound stress, and waste precious energy reserves.

THE WEEKEND

Friday the 26th, see’s the Moon in detached Aquarius, forming a reasonable, charming, and compassionate sextile to Venus and Chiron in Aries. Sometimes the best way to work passed peoples defenses or lower their resistance is to simply be gracious, kind, compassionate, understanding, and let them tire themselves out.
Later on, late Friday evening, a motivating and confident Lunar trine to Mars joins the Lunar sextile to Venus and Mercury, boosting morale, and lending a can do attitude. It looks like some sort of victory or agreement, (however small) is finally reached.

Saturday the 27th, see’s Mars in Gemini sextile Mercury, and Mercury form a square to Saturn. One step forward and one step back? On the one hand, we can be making forward progress with something or someone, and on the other, someone could also be stubbornly stuck on certain ideas, and doing things the way they always have done them, and perhaps unwilling to see other perspectives. This could simply translate to progress that is just extremely slow, with a lot of communication (or cognitive) blockages to remove or work around. But the motivation and courage to rise to the challenges is there.

An evening Lunar sextile to Jupiter adds some emotional generosity, joy joy feelings, and boosts morale. A pleasant way to wind Saturday evening down.

Sunday may see some wildcards, perhaps of a pleasant variety, with a lunar sextile to Uranus throwing some interesting surprises or unexpected leaps forward into the mix. Later on in the afternoon the Moon slips into sensitive, and emotive Pisces. Sunday evening see’s Mercury trine Jupiter, bringing  with it some positive news, travels, or communications, and expanding our world in a positive way, and in the very least, giving us hope.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope everyone has a most triumphant week. See you next Monday!

Astrology For The Week Of April 15th-21st 2019

This week see’s the culmination of the second full Moon in partnership oriented Libra, along with important planetary ingresses of Mercury, Venus, and the Sun.

A rather lengthy period of adjustment, negotiation, planning, reassessment, adaptation and making compromises with others is coming to a crescendo this week.

We are preparing for a new cycle of bold initiatives in regards to communications, learning, short distance travels, commerce, partnerships, and collaborations.

Last month, the full Moon in Libra opposed Chiron. This month, it does so building up to the full Moon, as this month, the Full Moon occurs in the last degree of Libra.  There may be adjustments to navigate, and the potential for anxiety and impatience can surface around the desire to reconcile different sets of needs.

Focusing on simplicity can help a great deal to prevent exhaustion, burnout, or feeling overwhelmed.

Also important to remember is that slow progress is certainly better than none at all.

MONDAY/TUESDAY
After an optimistic, lighthearted, excited and enthusiastic weekend with the moon in creative and fun oriented Leo, we begin the week in practical and anxious Virgo, where the focus shifts towards eliminations, purification, organization, details, and getting back to basics, (and back to reality.)

There is an element of “preparation for change” to these configurations.

The Earthy Virgo Moon forms a trine to Uranus in Taurus, placing a focus on the practical details and to do lists associated with the various exciting changes being set into motion for the future, and improving and maintaining routines and stability within these fluctuations and transitions.

Around noon on Monday, the Moon squares Mars in Gemini. Self control and maintaining calm focus can be important here. This aspect can be used to get quite a lot done, and can be highly productive, but can also be potentially rather anxious, high strung, easily distracted, impatient, irritable, or quick tempered if there isn’t a conscious effort to channel the energy into constructive improvement efforts or simply taking one thing at a time.

We may be focusing in on flaws here as well, so a constructive and measured approach to our activities can do much to increase confidence and productivity.

Perhaps jumping into “good habits” or a more “efficient” or “improvement and detail focused”  frame of mind, after a period of fun and indulgence over the weekend is a bit challenging, but there is definitely not a shortage of motivation to strive towards improvements.

Managing anxiety or perfectionism will do much in the way of getting the best out of this lunation.

With Mercury in the last degrees of Pisces squaring Jupiter, and conjunct Venus and Chiron, there may be so many pleasant or romantic ideas about the many ways we want to enrich our lives and relationships, and infuse it all with more of our fantasies, that it can be difficult to know where to begin.

For many, this may also revolve around healing initiatives, bridging gaps, reconciling misunderstandings, making peace with circumstances or feelings, and letting go of outworn patterns or expectations, to make room for new, more healthy and positive ones to grow, so that we can have happier and more peaceful lives and interactions.

For some, this has been a process of letting go, for others, it has brought them closer together or bonded them more deeply with another.

Tuesday, the Moon trines Saturn and Pluto, and opposes Neptune, Mercury and Venus, while squaring Jupiter.

We can feel a determined impatience to make our dreams happen (all of them? All at once?) that is almost disorienting.

Perhaps we feel somewhat blocked or slowed down by circumstances and could come down with a case of FOMO that we feel particularly intense about resolving.

There could be new initiatives we’re impatient to kick off, that perhaps  somehow involve resolving, soothing, and healing old wounds.

Around 11 PM PST Tuesday evening, Mercury enters zero degrees Aries, getting ever closer to conjoin Chiron, giving us courage once again to brave sensitive terrain, even if we are feeling somewhat vulnerable.

MIDWEEK
Wednesday Morning see’s the Moon enter Libra, placing a focus on partnerships, diplomacy, balance, and negotiation. The Moon/ Mercury/Chiron opposition becomes much stronger here, and there could be a need to maintain balance, sensitivity, and understanding in the lead up to the full moon.

A Lunar trine to Mars in the afternoon assists with motivation and the ability to rise to challenges around making disparate parts fit together into a cohesive and functional whole.

Late Wednesday evening, the oppositions wane, and we are left with our drives and motivation, and can be feeling particularly confident, in spite of potential blockages or delays, and any anxiousness and sensitivity that dealing with this causes.

Thursday April 18th see’s the Moon in Libra square both Saturn and Pluto. There could be an intensity of feeling around partnerships, perhaps strong desires that require patience and fortitude to actualize, all while “spinning a lot of plates.” The Moon then opposes the Sun, leading into the energy of the lunar climax.

THE WEEKEND/FULL MOON IN LIBRA/SUN/VENUS INGRESS.

The Full Moon on Friday April 19th culminates at 4:12 AM PST in 29 degrees Libra. This Full Moon opposes The Sun, Uranus, and squares Pluto. Pluto also squares the Sun in the last degree of Aries. There could be some “chomping at the bit” to make tangible progress and instigate exciting or liberating initiatives that have perhaps been talked about or thought about and discussed for quite some time.

This Full Moon echoes a process that was underway last month, that at this full moon, can see some form of completion, closure, and come to some kind of important and dare I say, satisfying juncture.

The Moon quickly moves into passionate Scorpio, shortly after climaxing in Libra Friday morning. There could be a definite passionate restlessness in the air with the Lunar aspect to Uranus in Taurus shaking things up, as well as the Sun in the final impatient degree of Aries.

It’s a bit like a deeply felt internal “drum roll.”

With Mercury perfecting it’s conjunction to Chiron Friday, we could be feeling a mixture of passion, anxious anticipation, inner excitement, and curiously,-  some vulnerability.

Although, the weekend looks set to be a rather pleasant one actually.

Saturday, April 20th, the Sun enters tactile and practical Taurus at 1:55 AM PST. Venus joins the Aries brigade at 9;12 AM PST.

This set’s the stage for some interesting happenings, and we could finally see some long awaited initiatives set into motion that we can begin to feel really pleased about.

With Mercury and Venus conjoined, together with Chiron, some heartfelt, forthright communications can be had around some sensitive matters, or quite simply, loving initiatives can be taken that soothe vulnerabilities, aches, longings, or heal old wounds.

Identity wounds and even self esteem issues can be constructively and positively worked through under these aspects.  Who knows, we may even be able to take some sort of pride in our ability to be vulnerable with others.

Let the healing talks and new romantic and/or creative initiatives commence, and may we all love ourselves and one another into expressing and fulfilling our highest potentials.

With the Sun now in Taurus, forward progress can be made around solidifying changes and transitions that have been in the works. Things that we perhaps pushed for while Mars was in Taurus can begin to show signs of finally bearing fruit.

Powerful new foundations are being laid that can involve something very close to our hearts, making our circumstances more ideal, more pleasant. Lunar trines to Venus and Neptune make Saturday evening appear rather lovely and even romantic.

Sunday April 21st see’s the Moon continue these lovely vibes by moving into optimistic Sagittarius, carrying trines to Venus, Mercury, and Chiron. For some, this could involve people or places at a distance, travel, or learning, for others, simply expanding our horizons in the name of something or someone we are passionate about.

This looks set to be a time of good vibrations and opportunities for healing, learning, growth, and perhaps even celebration. In the very least, pausing and taking in the view, before we continue further on our upward ascent.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you all have a most excellent week! See you next Monday.

Astrology For The Week Of April 8th-14th 2019

We have an interesting if rather challenging and intense week ahead that can vacillate between high hopes and intense fears, or feelings of loss, longing or the necessity of sacrifice. It also alludes to acts of heroism and courage through adversity.

We begin the week with the Moon still in Earthy and plodding Taurus, having made a rather restless contact with Uranus over the weekend, hinting at a need to perhaps completely rethink certain set emotional patterns and approaches, as these are new times, new circumstances, and there is much to let go of (Venus/Mercury/Neptune in Pisces.)
The challenging squares from Saturn and Pluto to the Sun continue to intensify and play a major dominating role this week.

The Moon in Taurus forming a stabilizing trine to Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn,  help to cultivate some stability amidst profound change, shifts, and transformations. With Pluto and Saturn squaring up to the Sun, some of these changes have been rather uncomfortable.

Monday see’s us trying to find our footing, our rhythm, and maintain some semblance of security and stability amidst taking in a continuously transforming, perhaps “wobbly” feeling reality. A conjunction to Mars begins to form and the moon shifts into talkative and versatile Gemini in the afternoon, quickening the pace. A sextile to Chiron suggests the mind, actions, and emotions can be geared towards healing.

This could be a busy, high strung, highly mobile, and communicative lunation, with spontaneous actions or short trips, requiring a lot of adaptability from everyone.

Regardless of what is going on on the surface, there is a drive towards healing breakthroughs.

There is an irritable, impulsive, and combustible quality to Moon/Mars conjunctions, and in Gemini, the potential for nerves to be frayed is rather high.  On the one hand we could feel very aware of the feelings of others (Moon/Chiron), on the other, we could also be brash or insensitive, particularly in communication. Striking a balance between the two, to hit that “sweet spot”, between pursuing our own desires and taking care not to do so insensitively, will be key. Taking time to think before we speak (or act) will be important here as well.

Tuesday is dominated by this Moon/Mars conjunction, only with the addition of a lunar square to Venus and Neptune in Pisces, which can make it feel a bit hard to relax or reveal our feelings in relationships, and/or nervously entertaining high hopes or worst case scenarios.

The Moon Mars conjunction grows in intensity, there could be befrazzlement, lots of nervous energy, and perhaps a high strung restlessness and over all busyness to contend with. Taking care while driving, and communicating, as well as perhaps avoiding overextending ourselves or taking brash actions or ill thought out initiatives, or becoming involved in skirmishes, squabbles, or potentially denigrating communications would be wise.

MIDWEEK: JUPITER RETROGRADE

Wed, April 10th, Jupiter stations retrograde at 10:01 am PST, at 24 degrees Sagittarius, with the Moon in Gemini in direct opposition.
Although not as potent or noticeable as the more personal planets retrogrades, Jupiter’s retrograde journey is a reassessment in a broader sense, all the same. Larger visions and over all life trajectories can be given a second look, or some reconsideration during this time frame. Pulling back and and making some course corrections while focusing on the bigger picture would be appropriate during Jupiter’s backward spin through Sagittarius. It will station direct on August 11th.

Later Wed, the Moon squares Mercury in Pisces as well, while also forming a sextile to Uranus, and a square to Chiron, adding further to a disoriented impulsiveness, along with stoking sensitivities, and hopefulness and/or paranoid anticipation.

Deeeeep breaths.

Expectations could swing wildly from one end of the spectrum to another, and there is a definite longing in play. Perhaps a need to make some kind of sacrifice, even if just temporarily, for the sake of the “long game”.

There could be a whole lot to adapt to and take on all at once, and unlike Hindu Gods and Goddeses, we only have so many hands…

This could also see some sensitivities come up that seek resolution and there could be a spontaneous “aha” moment of sorts, that brings things to the surface that need to see new emotional approaches brought to bare in order to resolve certain issues once and for all.

Late in the evening around 9 PM PST, the Moon moves into Cancer to bring up all of the feelings.

Things could become more difficult or uncomfortable before they feel better, but they WILL feel better. By Sunday at the latest.
Whatever vulnerabilities that are brought to the surface during this lunation will require and naturally seek new solutions.

Doing things the way they have always been done simply won’t be applicable here. This is a catalyst for emotional growth and healing.

Thursday morning the 11th see’s the early hours dominated by the Moons recent entry into sensitive Cancer still carrying a square to Chiron. Again, the skies may be dominated by some sensitivities or delicate emotions or misunderstandings that have long since incubated and require soothing, airing, and.. ointment.

This Moon/Chiron square ebbs off in the afternoon hours, and there is a highly sensitive, pleasant, cooperative and charming trine to Neptune, and Venus, heightening emotional perceptiveness, …followed by the inevitable oppositions to Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn. This is where things could get knotty and temporarily hard going.

There could be a great need to feel the love, warmth and caring of others, but as the Nirvana song laments…”something’s in the way”…It could be responsibilities, it could be circumstantial, it could simply be the after effects of a long and stressful week creating grumpiness. Whatever it is, it could increase the potential for sensitive feels getting hurt, or simply just increased permeability to stress.

Other aspects imply that there is also an empathic, compassionate and sensitive nature present, even under duress.

THE WEEKEND

Friday the 12th continues and intensifies these themes, by adding the Pluto opposition, and a Lunar square to the Sun.

Fortunately, there is also a lunar trine to Mercury and Venus in the mix here.  *Children cheering.*

There is certainly a desire to unravel knotty situations and sooth achey breaks hearts-Even amidst intense emotions and stressful circumstances, -empathy abounds, and understanding and kindness triumphs.

A square from the Moon to Uranus in Aries later on suggests that everyone may be a tad out of their usual comfort zones. These could definitely be some rather uncomfortable configurations, so it’s good we have these Piscean influences around to help generate more of an impetus towards empathy and compassion.

There is certainly an instinct present to soothe and heal sore feelings with a lunar trine to Chiron.

Saturday, April 13th, see’s the Moon shift into enthusiastic Leo, in square to Uranus in Taurus, and in trine to Chiron in Aries. A sextile to Mars in Gemini suggests a growing enthusiasm and a lot of passionate communication. Perhaps working towards a desire to let our hair down and enjoy life, after navigating stressful circumstances that required a lot of adaptation.

Sunday the 14th, the Moon in Leo trines the Sun in Aries, and Jupiter in Sagittarius. This could be a rather jubilant energy, and maybe a relief, after a busy, and testy week.

Maybe there is something to celebrate? A trine to Uranus in Aries as well later on suggests a feeling of moving into a more positive future.

These are rather bubbly, exciting, liberating, enthusiastic and expansive energies. Out of all of the days of this week, Sunday appears to be the best day to party.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you all have a great week, see you next Monday.
